Delivery
Once we've confirmed your order by email, most in-stock items are dispatched within 2 business days. We'll send tracking details when your parcel is on its way.
- Domestic delivery: usually 2–4 business days
- International delivery: usually 5–10 business days
- Delivery costs are confirmed in our reply, before you pay
Gift wrapping
Free gift wrapping and a handwritten note are available on every order. Just mention it in your enquiry.
Returns
If something isn't right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll explain how to send it back. Refunds are made to the original payment method once we receive the item.
Personalised items
Embossed and personalised items can't be returned unless they arrive faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.
Team and corporate orders
For larger orders we'll agree delivery dates and any custom details with you before we start. Allow extra time for embossing.
