About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Slateforth website or send us an enquiry. By using the site, you agree to them.
Enquiries, not checkout
There's no online checkout. Sending an enquiry doesn't create an order. We'll reply to confirm stock, options, price and delivery, and an order is only confirmed once we've both agreed the details in writing.
Prices and products
Prices on the website are shown as a guide and may change. We try to describe and photograph every product accurately, but colours and finishes can vary slightly.
Custom and team orders
Embossed or personalised items are made to order and can't be returned unless they arrive faulty. We'll confirm every detail with you in writing before we start.
Returns

Ownership
All text, logos and designs on this site belong to Slateforth. Photography is used under the Unsplash licence.
